Who Attends the AACOM Annual Meeting?

Exhibit Information

Exhibit Booth $1,500 (SOLD OUT)
All exhibit spaces are 8'x10' and include a 6' table. The exhibits are scattered throughout the registration area where refreshment breaks occur and near conference meeting rooms. The exhibit schedule will be posted on the conference agenda. Exhibit fees include:

  • Exhibit space in a high-traffic area
  • Listing in the Final Program as an exhibitor
  • Opportunity to network with attendees
  • One complimentary registration to attend the conference with conference meals
  • Distribute information to all attendees in the registration materials
  • A list of pre-registered attendees
  • A final list of all registered attendees
  • 20% discount on advertising in the Final Program

Exhibit space is limited. AACOM reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any company or product to exhibit at this meeting and further reserves the right to reject any application and/or limit space assigned to any one company.

This sponsorship opportunity gives your company outstanding visibility throughout the meeting – give away a door prize. Sponsorship signage features sponsor's logo. (4 opportunities are available between Thursday and Saturday.)

Final Program Printing $3,500
Your company will receive visibility throughout the conference by sponsoring the Final Program that is included in all registration tote bags. A full-page ad, along with an acknowledgment citing your company as the official sponsor of the printing of the Annual Meeting Final Program, are also included.

Conference Tote Bag $4,000
Your company's name and logo will be featured on the registration tote given to all Annual Meeting attendees.

Morning Coffee Break $5,000
Between sessions, attendees gather for coffee and conversation with exhibitors and sponsors. Event signage features sponsor's logo. (Breaks are available Thursday and Friday.)

Afternoon Refreshment Break $5,000
Between sessions, attendees gather to rejuvenate for the afternoon. Event signage features sponsor's logo. (Friday, June 29)

Friday Luncheon, featuring OMERI Update on OME Research $15,000
This luncheon features an update by William Cairney, Ph.D. Sponsor's materials will be made available at the luncheon. Provides an opportunity for the sponsor to deliver a brief welcome. Event signage features sponsor's logo. (Friday, June 29)

Welcome Reception and Evening Cruise Featuring the Communication Awards $15,000 (SOLD)
Attendees connect with colleagues and friends from across the nation as the Annual Meeting gets off to a celebratory start at this reception, plus presentation of the Communication Awards for COM publications.
