Exhibit Information
Exhibit Booth $1,500 (SOLD OUT)
All exhibit spaces are 8'x10' and include a 6' table. The exhibits are scattered
throughout the registration area where refreshment breaks occur and near
conference meeting rooms. The exhibit schedule will be posted on the conference
agenda. Exhibit fees include:
- Exhibit space in a high-traffic area
- Listing in the Final Program as
an exhibitor
- Opportunity to network with attendees
- One complimentary registration to attend
the conference with conference meals
- Distribute information to all attendees
in the registration materials
- A list of pre-registered attendees
- A final list of all registered attendees
- 20% discount on advertising in the Final
Program
Exhibit space is limited. AACOM reserves the
right to determine the eligibility of any company
or product to exhibit at this meeting and further
reserves the right to reject any application
and/or limit space assigned to any one company.
