AACOM Meeting Registration Policies

Registration Deadline Cost Student Cost*
Early: By April 20 (1063 days ago) $395 $150
Standard: By May 25 (1028 days ago) $495 $250
Onsite: After May 25 $600 $350

Note: The Baltimore Harbor Cruise is additional at $30 per registrant

Student Rate:

* Students, interns and residents registering at the student rate must bring a valid student ID to the conference.

Payment Methods & Deadline:

Institutional Checks, Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Make checks payable to AACOM.
All payments must be received by June 10, or your registration will be cancelled.

Registration Fee Reductions: (for presenters of selected proposals)

Presenters of a full session and challenge session facilitators will receive a free registration for the conference.

Presenters of a portion of a session or facilitators of roundtable discussions pay a reduced registration fee of $295.

A full refund of the registration fee will be issued:

  • In the unlikely event that the meeting is canceled in its entirety.
  • If the registration is cancelled in writing by the registrant and that notification is received by June 10.

Changes / Substitutions

  • Instead of cancelling your registration, you may elect to send a substitute. No additional fee is required for the substitute attendee if the request is submitted in writing by June 10th.
  • On-site substitutions are permitted. The registered attendee must give written notice of the sustitution with their replacement named. The replacement will be charged the difference between the registration fee paid by the original registrant and the on-site rate. That balance will need to be paid at the registration desk, prior to receiving conference materials or attending any sessions.
  • Any part of your registration may be refunded or changed with notification by June 10. After June 10, all arrangements have been confirmed and paid for by AACOM , and no refunds will be issued.
  • You may elect to change your registration when you register on-site, where any applicable charges will be applied via check or credit card.

Personal Information

Individual contact and professional information will be collected during the registration process and used to contact you about the meeting. Your information will also be distributed to conference participants. Please contact us to "opt out" of distributing your contact information.

Agenda

The agenda is subject to change at any time. In the unlikely event that your first choice session is not available during the meeting, you may attend another concurrent session. Circumstances beyond our control may affect the schedule of the meeting, so please allow for the possibility of last minute fluctuations.

Registration Contact Person

Notification of cancellation may be sent by mail, e-mail or by fax. Any registrant canceling registration by e-mail must receive confirmation from AACOM that the e-mail has been received.
