Registration Policies

Payment Methods & Deadline:

Institutional Checks, Personal Checks, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. Make checks payable to AACOM.
All payments must be received by June 10th, or your registration will be cancelled.

Student Rate:

Students, interns and residents registering at the student rate must bring a valid student ID to the conference

A full refund of the registration fee will be issued:

  • In the unlikely event that the meeting is canceled in its entirety.
  • If the registration is cancelled in writing by the registrant and that notification is received by June 10.

Substitutions

  • Instead of cancelling your registration, you may elect to substitute your fee for a new attendee. No additional fee is required if the request is submitted in writing by June 10th.
  • On-site substitutions are permitted. The registered attendee must give written notice of the sustitution with their replacement named. The replacement will be charged the difference between the registration fee paid by the original registrant and the on-site rate.
    For example, if the original registrant signs up for the meeting in time to receive the early bird rate of $295 and chooses to send a substitute to the meeting without notification to AACOM as outlined above by June 10, the substitute would be charged an additional $305 on site. That fee would need to be paid before the substitute can attend any sessions.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation may be sent by mail, e-mail or by fax. Any registrant canceling registration by email must receive confirmation from AACOM that the email has been received.
